mission:
Christ Child Society of Atlanta was founded in June 2003, as the first chapter in Georgia. We were chartered at the National Convention in Washington, DC in April, 2004. As part of The National Christ Child Society, we follow the philosophy and mission of the National organization while serving the needs of children in Atlanta.
Christ Child Society of Atlanta
is a non-profit organization
serving underprivileged
children in the Atlanta area
and is open to people
of all faiths.
The Christ Child Society of Atlanta adheres to the National Christ Child Society's dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion and is deeply rooted in the beliefs of our founder Mary Virginia Merrick. We work to appreciate and honor the background, life experiences and inherent dignity of those we serve as a local Chapter. We strive to be inclusive and value diversity in our members, staff and community partners throughout the Atlanta area and the state of Georgia. We adhere to our mission by serving ALL children and families in need of resources.
