Welcome Father Daniel Ketter
We are so pleased to welcome Father Daniel Ketter as our new Spiritual Advisor. Here is a little information about him.
Daniel Ketter was the youngest three children born to John and Mary Ann Ketter. After living for a time in Seattle, the place of his birth, and upstate New York, he moved with his family to Atlanta. He attended Marist High School. He graduated from Wake Forest University in 1992 and spent his first year after college teaching and coaching at a boarding school in Indiana. Relocating to Minneapolis he joined a small company developing database software for the medical industry. After nine years in the healthcare information technology arena, he entered the seminary to begin six years of formation for the priesthood in the Roman Catholic Church. Ordained in 2008 for the Archdiocese of Atlanta, he served for four years as Parochial Vicar at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church and School in Sandy Springs, Georgia. He then studied in the School of Canon Law at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC earning a Licentiate in Canon Law. He now serves as a judge in the Metropolitan Tribunal of the Archdiocese of Atlanta and lives at nearby Holy Family Catholic Church in Marietta where he assists on weekends.
